Cyber Security for Small Business

Murray Goldschmidt is a Cyber Security Expert, having worked in the field of Information Security and Risk Management for over 20 years and am a passionate contributor to the development of the information security industry. As co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Sense of Security, and an Executive Director of CyberCX, he is frequently invited to present on security topics at conferences, workgroups and seminars.

Murray has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the technical, commercial, and regulatory aspects of relating to cyber resilience and cyber security. I act as a trusted adviser to boards, companies and government.  Along with a degree in Electrical Engineering, I am a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Payment Card Industry Qualified Security Assessor (PCI QSA), a PCI Professional (PCIP), an ASD IRAP Assessor (The Information Security Registered Assessors Program).

In 2021, I was been presented with the Australian Information Security Association (AISA) award of Honorary Life Membership recognises current members of AISA who have demonstrated a long-term commitment to AISA as evidenced by their continued membership, active participation in the Association and substantial contributions to the industry.
