A local business owner myself, I value the importance of being around like minded individuals in a collaborative environment. The Greater Narellan Business Chamber provides the perfect opportunity for business owners to network, learn from each other and collaborate.
I have been a member of Chamber for 4 years now and have experienced first hand the benefits of being surrounded by people who are looking to grow their businesses. As the President of this Chamber, I am passionate about retaining our local talent in the area and looking for ways to make working in the area more appealing.
I have a background in Finance, being a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, as well as being a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer. I have been a local resident for over 30 years now, completing my Bachelor of Business Degree at Western Sydney University, Macarthur. I live locally with my wife and kids and love the fact that we have the best of both worlds – 40 minutes to the surf and sand and moments to the rolling hills!
What excites me about our community is the opportunities available for businesses and the passion and pride that residents of the area have for this great region.

Vice President – Communication & Media
New to the board in 2019, Steve Moore is honoured to take up the Vice President – Communications role. Steve has been attending chamber meetings for almost 3 years as a representative of Club Menangle where he is employed as General Manager Hospitality. Steve brings a wealth of service industry and stakeholder management experience to help support the Chamber’s growth and achievement of its strategic goals.
Steve is passionate about the role of business in supporting population growth and ensuring new residents are afforded adequate amenities and infrastructure. As our region experiences unprecedented expansion he is particularly interested in assisting businesses grow with their community. He is a strong advocate for all local businesses to join The Greater Narellan Business Chamber to support each other and take advantage of all the opportunities available throughout the aerotropolis construction period and beyond.
Karina is a Client Director at Kelly+Partners (South West Sydney). She is a Chartered Accountant who specialises in providing tax and advisory services to private business owners.
Karina is passionate about supporting and giving back to her local community and brings with her prior experience in similar board roles. Karina is looking forward to supporting the Chamber’s growth and connecting more with its members.
Stairway 2 Dreams founder Sandy Bartlett is passionate about helping people to make change, identify their dreams and to experience a greater sense of “Confidence”. Gone are the days of feeling alone, self doubt, fear of the what if and they are replaced with the I can, I am, I will.
A member of the Greater Narellan Chamber, Sandy is passionate about our local business’s succeeding and as a business owner herself know’s how important having a strong support network around is, and with this passion and enthusiasm she hopes to add her value by bringing our members closer together to make everyone feel welcome, valued and comfortable and most importantly feel like they belong in The Greater Narellan Business Chamber.

Leanne’s company has been a member of the Chamber for over 25 years, Leanne has been on the board for two years and is entering her 3rd term. Being a natural organiser Leanne has brought a wealth of experience to this role, whilst the role has its challenges it is also rewarding to see the success of every meeting.
Leanne has managed the family printing business with Ian since taking over in 2005 and has held a leading role since joining the company over 24 years ago. Leanne’s level of customer service, problem solving and attention to detail has built a great foundation to add value to The Greater Narellan Business Chamber.
Sue is about to commence her third year as Sponsorship Coordinator. This is a tenure that she is really enjoying. She believes the valued sponsors receive exceptional value for money, and their support helps contribute to providing a better membership experience to members.
Sue has digressed her career from being a qualified Music teacher to spending the last 20 years overseeing the operation of their family owned business, “The Strictly Limited Company”, of which is a well-regarded picture framing, sporting memorabilia, laser engraving and signage business in our local area. Sue and husband Trevor understand the value of local business presence in the community and actively contribute by way of sponsorship and committed support and participation to local causes.
Jean joined the Executive Board in 2019 as their Governance Director.
Jean is a solicitor in one of the pre-eminent firms of the Macarthur region and who has worked locally for her entire career. She has experienced first hand the rapid transformation of the Macarthur region and the opportunity this presents to our local businesses and members.
She is looking forward to being able to contribute back to the business community of Narellan and assist in guiding the future direction of the Chamber for the next generation of business owners.
Vice President – General
We are pleased to welcome Pania Gregson back for her second year on the board, this time as Vice President – General.
Pania brings with her a wealth of experience as a Chamber director, having previously spent a number of years as Secretary for both Narellan and Camden Chambers, as well as 4 years on the Business Event of the Year Committee.
Pania is a strong advocate of the value of connecting with other local businesses whilst continuing to learn and grow as a business owner. She believes that Chamber provides the perfect forum and is keen to contribute to the successful delivery of these benefits to our members.
Pania and her husband, Rowan, sold their successful termite management business of 16 years to a multi-national company in 2016. She now enjoys being able to follow her true passion of helping others succeed by providing business advisory and consulting services to small business owners so that they too can achieve their ultimate business goal.
Damian operates South West Property Inspections, a Macarthur based small business that has been operating since 2017. He has been a proud member of the Greater Narellan Business Chamber since he started the business and loves the link to the small business community and the support that it provides.
Damian has a passion for networking and marketing and is looking forward to leveraging these skills during his tenure as Marketing Director to ensure members stay informed about Chamber’s many great events and initiatives.
