Having served on the board since 2019 in the role of Vice President, Steve Moore is honoured to take up the role of President following the 2021 AGM. Steve has been attending chamber meetings for over 5 years as a representative of Club Menangle where he is employed as General Manager Hospitality. Steve brings a wealth of service industry and stakeholder management experience to help support the Chamber’s growth and achievement of its strategic goals. Steve is passionate about the role of business in supporting population growth and ensuring new and existing residents are afforded adequate amenities and infrastructure to support their homes and employment. The Narellan region is continuing to experience unprecedented expansion and he is particularly interested in assisting businesses to grow with their community.
As we emerge from the pandemic he is a strong advocate for all local businesses to join The Greater Narellan Business Chamber to network, support each other and take advantage of all the opportunities available throughout the aerotropolis construction period and beyond. The region’s lead up to the new Western Sydney Airport completion and the advocacy of local business interests with all levels of government will be the primary focus of the Greater Narellan Business Chamber under Steve’s leadership.
Purpose of the Position:
(1) to manage and direct the activities of the Chamber, its directors and employees; and
(2) to ensure that the Chamber, and its elected Board of Directors, are conducting the business of the Chamber in an ethical and moral way that follows the objectives as set out in the Constitution and Code of Conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Chair monthly General and Board meetings, planning meetings and extraordinary meetings, or otherwise delegate to the Vice President.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with local Councils and government representatives across all arenas, ie State and Federal.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with other Chambers of Commerce and relevant community associations.
4. Maintain ongoing relations with Camden Council and ensure members are represented at Council meetings where practicable.
5. Maintain ongoing relations with Business Australia and Business NSW and their chosen representatives.
6. Ensure that the Chamber is represented at key business events and relevant local events and community forums.
7. Approve/authorise media releases and communications as they arise.

Vice President
Josephine runs a private practice, Achieving Solutions Counselling and Mediation Services and has operated across Macarthur for over 14 years, currently located in the heart of Camden with an office also in the city. She works in the areas of family, relationships, childhood development and parenting, careers, parenting co-ordination, mediation and family dispute resolution. Prior to this Josephine worked in the public sector for just on 25 years in a variety of capacities and roles.
Josephine absolutely loves her work and truly values the opportunity to assist people from all walks of life, gaining great satisfaction assisting people and families through their issues, guiding them to a pathway of more peace, positivity, to achieving a fundamental understanding of each other individually and the importance of a happy family dynamic.

Roland is a Dispute Resolution & Litigation Solicitor with Marsdens Law Group. Roland is a Macarthur local and has a long family history with the region. He is committed to the development and support of his local community.

Events Director
Brad has attended chamber meetings for the past two years and is excited to join the board as Events Director following the 2021 AGM.
Brad is currently the Hospitality Operations Manager at Club Menangle overseeing both Menangle Park Paceway and the new Menangle Country Club. In this role he is passionate about venue presentation and delivering the highest possible standards of food and beverage service through a collaborative team approach. Brad is also responsible for managing key internal and external stakeholders, overseeing the viability of contractor and supplier relationships. He is excited to provide these communication and management skills to the benefit of the Greater Narellan Chamber board.
Brad is a strong advocate for all local businesses to participate in the chamber and is looking forward to working with fellow directors to provide regular member events and networking opportunities.

Nicole is a Mindset Nutrition Coach, owner of Nictritious and has been a Macarthur local for over 35 years. She has been a member of the Chamber since 2017.
Nicole has a background in cancer care so has seen & experienced care in the “traditional” health care setting and now embraces a less traditional approach when working with her clients which she finds enormously rewarding.

Jean joined the Executive Board in 2019 as their Governance Director.
Jean is a solicitor in one of the pre-eminent firms of the Macarthur region and who has worked locally for her entire career. She has experienced first hand the rapid transformation of the Macarthur region and the opportunity this presents to our local businesses and members.

Kirsti, Co-Founder & Marketing Director of RubyOnyx Marketing Creative, is a Marketing and Management Professional with over 18 years industry experience. She holds a Bachelor of Business & Commerce (Marketing & Management) and a postgraduate certificate in Business Marketing. Throughout her career she has worked with national and multinational organisations including Telstra, American Express, Intel, Lexmark, Vodafone and MPower as well as many small businesses and political candidates.
