General
If you don’t remember your login details, its best to try a password reset to recover your account. You can do this here.
If you don’t receive an email from the password reset (we recommend also checking your spam, just incase!), contact the Chamber and we can assist in getting your login sorted out.
Members
To login to your account simply go to the my account login here.

To purchase your member tickets for any of our events, please make sure that you are first logged in to the website.
Once you have logged in, you should be able to purchase members tickets for our events. If this isn’t the case please contact the chamber.
That’s OK! We’ve put together a how to update my profile document for you. Simply follow the steps and you will be able to update the information displayed in our members directory.
Creating an event that your business is hosting is an easy process! We’ve developed a guide that you can download and follow. Once you have submitted your event it will be reviewed by the executive and if it is approved, will be on the events calendar!
There could be several reasons why your event is not currently in the calendar. These could be, but are not limited to:
- The executive has not had a chance to review it yet
- The event was not approved, this could be because:
- It was not suitable for the Chamber website
- It uses profanity / inappropriate language or themes
- It is spam
- You have reached the limit on events that you can post in a given timeframe
- The image used is inappropriate

To collect your sponsor tickets for any of our events, please make sure that you are first logged in to the website.
Once you have logged in, you should be able to purchase members tickets for our events. If this isn’t the case please contact the chamber.
Once you have purchased the desired amount of tickets for the event (even if this is your normal allocation), simply click add to cart – which will take you to the cart page.
On the checkout page you will see coupons for the amount of tickets that are assigned to your sponsorship level. If you believe that this number is wrong, please contact the Chamber
Click on each of the coupons and they will allocate the discount to your tickets. After this, “proceed to checkout” fill out the information and you’re good to go! You will then receive your tax invoice and tickets in an email.
